Meal Programs
  1. All orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance to allow us sufficient time to prepare and deliver the catering.

  2. We require a minimum order of $200 for all catering orders.

  3. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm the order if the order is not placed online.

  4. Any changes or cancellations to the order must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. Changes or cancellations made after this time will be subject to our strict cancellation policy.

  5. We accept all major credit cards, as well as company checks.

  1. We will deliver the catering to the agreed-upon location at the scheduled time.

  2. Delivery fees will be included in the final invoice and will depend on the distance of the delivery location from our kitchen.

  3. Our delivery team will set up the catering and ensure that everything is in order before leaving.

  4. We provide all necessary equipment for the catering, including chafing dishes, serving utensils, and disposable plates and cutlery.

  1. Any cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time will be fully refunded.

  2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order cost.

  3. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.

  4. In the event that the customer cancels the order after the 48-hour deadline due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather conditions or sudden illness, we will work with them to reschedule the catering to a later date at no extra cost.

  5. In the event that the customer cancels the order after the 24-hour deadline for any reason other than unforeseen circumstances, the full amount of the order will be charged to their credit card or invoiced to their company.

We understand that each customer has unique dietary needs and preferences, and we strive to accommodate these needs as much as possible while still maintaining the highest level of quality and consistency in our catering.

To ensure that we can provide the best possible service to all of our customers, we have established the following policy regarding customizations:

  1. We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and other special requests. However, we may not be able to accommodate all requests due to limitations in our kitchen and ingredients.

  2. We ask that customers limit the number of customizations to a maximum of one per order, to ensure that we can maintain our high standards of quality and consistency.

  3. If a customer requires more than one customizations, we will work with them to find alternative solutions that meet their needs while still maintaining the integrity of our menu.

  4. We ask that customers provide us with as much notice as possible regarding any dietary restrictions or customizations, to ensure that we have sufficient time to prepare the catering.

  5. In the event that we are unable to accommodate a customer’s dietary needs or preferences, we will work with them to find alternative solutions, such as suggesting menu items that are already available and suitable for their dietary requirements.
